The Jacquelyn Case Study: Creating a Content Engine From The Ground Up
Tuesday, April 21, 2026
Situation
The Jacquelyn, Sacramento’s intentional private social club, opened with a clear vision but no consistent media operation. Every touchpoint — website, social channels, member app, building monitors, newsletters, emails, and their flagship magazine — needed to feel unmistakably Jacquelyn: warm, elevated, and human.
Strategy
We became their full outsourced media partner under a monthly retainer. MERO Pictures now handles photography, video production, Reels/Shorts, podcast recording and editing, creative direction, and asset management across all platforms. Our work powers:
The JAX Exchange magazine (print + digital)
Website imagery and video (old + new site)
Weekly social content and Reels
Podcast episodes across YouTube, Apple, and Spotify
Building monitors, member app, and email campaigns
Event recaps and promotional series (including Residence Artist Program)
Results
Delivered a reliable, on-brand content machine with zero in-house hires
Every visual and video now feels consistently Jacquelyn across every channel
Positioned The Jacquelyn as a media leader in Sacramento’s private club space
Created a scalable library used daily for member engagement and new member acquisition
One partner. Every platform. One unmistakable voice.
